Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and any removed links securely inside the shipping carton to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our master watchmakers inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
